Online Registration Begins
Online registration will begin March 23, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Registration starting times are staggered, depending on your week of camp. The start time schedule is as follows.
In the mean time, you should make sure you are prepared by 1) applying for a troop login id, 2) entering your troop roster into the system, and 3) familiarizing yourself with the registration process.
MyCampGrimes is now open for you to apply for your troop login and begin entering your troop roster. If you manage a large troop, remember that you can upload your roster information from a file you provide to the website. The file may be 1) a csv file downloaded from Scoutnet, requested from the council office, 2) a Unit Roster pdf file available from Internet Advancement, and 3) a custom built comma separated value file built to the site’s specifications. You should also remember to delete any youth who is not attending summer camp from your MyCampGrimes roster. More instructions are available on the website. You can obtain the Scoutnet file for your troop by emailing your request to Jo Esposito at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to check your roster to insure rank and age or birth date is entered for scouts. This information is used to determine which merit badges the scout can sign up for. Also, please enter all adult scouters who will be attending camp on your roster and check the nights they will be in camp. This information helps us in planning for tent space and calculating costs.
